Joining the BIP panel is quick and easy:

1. Go here : Member Login – BIP Recherche
2. Click the “Sign Up” button.
3. Fill out the registration form.
4. You will then receive an email asking you to confirm your panel registration.
5. That’s it! You’re now ready to participate in studies and collect rewards.

Go to the member login page here and click “Forgot password”.

You will receive an email containing a temporary password that will allow you to access your account again.

You can then change your temporary password to a permanent one in your member account under “My Profile,” in the “Update your login details” section.

As a member of the BIP Recherche panel, you can earn BIP points in several ways:

• By participating in various types of studies: online surveys, phone surveys, focus groups, in-home product testing, etc.
• By completing your member profile and keeping it up to date. This helps us invite you to studies that better match your profile—and often provide higher rewards.
• By referring friends, colleagues, or family members. Each person you invite and who joins the BIP Recherche panel earns you additional points.
  
  

The BIP points you accumulate can be redeemed for rewards from our catalogue such as gift cards (Amazon, Uber Eats, Tim Hortons, etc.), prepaid Mastercard credit cards, PayPal transfers, or donations to non-profit organizations (Canadian Red Cross, etc.).

Log in to your member account and go to the “My Rewards” section to access the catalogue of available rewards: gift cards (Amazon, Uber Eats, Tim Hortons, etc.), prepaid Mastercard credit cards, PayPal transfers, or donations to non-profit organizations (Canadian Red Cross, etc.).

Select the reward of your choice and follow the instructions to redeem your points.

You will then receive an email from BIP Recherche with a link allowing you to retrieve your selected reward.

It may simply be that we do not have any studies to offer you at a given moment based on your location or other characteristics in your profile.

We aim to invite you only to studies for which you are eligible, meaning your profile matches the criteria required for that particular research project.

To determine eligibility, we rely on the information you provide in the “My Profile” section of your member account (gender identity, age, place of residence, etc.).

Sometimes, we may not have enough information to confirm your eligibility before inviting you. In those cases, we may still send you an invitation in the hope that you qualify.

If it turns out that you are not eligible, the survey will end after the first few questions—usually within the first five.

To minimize how often this happens, we encourage you to complete your member profile as fully as possible and keep it regularly updated.

We only collect the information necessary for your participation, such as your contact details, your member profile information, and your survey responses.

We comply with Quebec’s Law 25 to ensure the security of your personal data. We apply strict security measures, including encryption and secure servers.

In addition, in 2025 we obtained the ISO 27001:2022 certification, the most recognized international standard for information security management.

Our team is also regularly trained on best practices in information protection.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you leave the BIP Recherche panel, your data will be deleted after a defined period, in accordance with Quebec’s Law 25.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law or necessary for the operation of the BIP Recherche panel (for example, for reward distribution).
